  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
